Core Law
Kentucky Core Law Class is a mandatory 6 hour continuing education course for all active real estate agents in the state of Kentucky. The Kentucky Core Law Course is required at least once every four years, based on each real estate agents birth date.
2008 Core Law Class if your birthday is in April, May, or June
if you haven’t taken the class within the past four years
It’s possible to take the Kentucky Core Law Class out of order so if you have taken the Kentucky Core Law Course out of your designated year, then the next time it will be required will be four years from whenever you completed the course.

Important Facts about our Kentucky Core Law Classes
Does the core law class count as my normal requirement for six hours of continuing education? Yes. It fulfills your yearly requirement so you could take it every year if you want.
Can I take the 6 hour Kentucky Core Law Course online? No. Despite our best efforts, the Kentucky Real Estate Commission will not currently give us permission to conduct the Core Law Course online. We do have a regular 3 hour “law” course that’s available online. Click here for details
