Online Kentucky Real Estate Classes

Here’s a pretty good video discussion on the positives and negatives of smartphones. More real estate agents are now selecting and purchasing smart-phones, but before you buy anything make sure you check with your local MLS because sometimes you’ll need a certain model/brand in order to open lock-boxes or to access MLS data. In most cases the newest smart-phones (I.e. Apple I-Phone) would not be a good choice for real estate agents because it’s not compatible with most MLS systems. The older smart-phones (Palm/Treo) would likely be more compatable, but they don’t necessarily contain the newest and coolest features. I guess you can’t have everything!

This video shows a very talented person painting the exceptional “Mona Lisa” using only the computer program “Paint”. You don’t need the same skills Michelangelo originally displayed to paint today because the technology helps make everything easier. That’s really the point behind me posting this video on a real estate education website. There are plenty of tools and software programs at your disposal to help you become a successful real estate agent. Don’t be limited by anything other than your imagination.

I’m not aware of any termite inspectors in Kentucky currently using dogs to detect termites, but it probably won’t be long.

The following video is a CBS news story about how high end homes are still selling well despite what’s happening in the overall real estate market. Never forget that all real estate is local so while the market may be slumping in other areas, demand in Kentucky still seems relatively good. (People are selling their homes in those other areas and moving here and buying more home for less money) Overall, I would say here in Kentucky real estate the high end market is slumping a little while the average market is remaining stable.

P.S. Five (5) million buys you one heck of a property in Kentucky. I never wanted to live in Beverly Hills anyway.
