FAQ- Broker Management Skills Course

Why is the class spread out over time? The Kentucky Real Estate Commission requires the class be conducted over at least a one month time frame.

How may hours is the course? The broker management course counts as 48 hours of credit. This can be applied to the 336 total hours of required broker education. As a bonus, the course also counts as your six hours of required continuing education credit unless you need the “Core Law Class”.

Does my textbook cost extra? No. We include a textbook free of charge with your paid tuition. Other schools charge $40-$50 extra just for a textbook.
