Kentucky Real Estate Broker Management Skills Course is a required Kentucky real estate course for any real estate agent in Kentucky who wishes to pursue a “broker license.” Topics covered include business planning, marketing, profitability, online marketing and creating a policy and procedure manual just to name a few. Why is the class spread out over time? The Kentucky Real Estate Commission requires the class be conducted over at least a one month time frame.

How may hours is the course? The Kentucky real estate education broker management course counts as 48 hours of credit. This can be applied to the 336 total hours of required Kentucky broker education. As a bonus, the course also counts as your six hours of required continuing education credit unless you need the “Core Law Class.”

Does my textbook cost extra? No. We include a textbook free of charge with your paid tuition. Other Kentucky real estate schools charge $40-$50 extra just for a textbook.

Do you have any other 48 hour broker courses? Coming soon. We have just submitted an online 48 hour law course for approval. We expect final approval by the end of  2009. The only thing that can’t be completed online is the final proctored exam, but we have over 20 proctors in different locations throughout the state. We even work with students living outside the state to find an acceptable proctor near them.
