Can I take this course online? Yes. The Kentucky Real Estate Commission (KREC) requires the class be conducted over at least a one month time frame so while everything except the final proctored exam can be done online, please realize you can’t receive credit for the course in less than 30 days.

How may hours is the course? The Kentucky real estate education broker management course counts as 48 hours of credit. This can be applied to the 336 total hours of required Kentucky real estate broker education. As a bonus, the course also counts as your six hours of required continuing education credit unless you need the “Core Law Class.”
